Osmosis is the creation of chef Frederic Fernández and sommelier Ignasi Montes. In 2006 the two friends decided to launch a restaurant based on modern Catalan cuisine along with an extraordinary wine list, including their own brand of wines.

Can Travi Nou restaurant is set in an authentic 17th-century Catalan farmhouse in Horta-Guinardó. The restaurant was established in 1982 by Grup Travi, also famous for other emblematic Barcelona restaurants such as El Xalet de Montjuïc.
