The 1* Michelin restaurant Angle Barcelona opened in Hotel Cram in 2013, led by chef Jordi Cruz, also the lead chef at ABaC restaurant. His cuisine creatively fuses the modern and traditional using fresh local produce. Try the Lomo de rape asado con gamba de Palamós, texturas de picada, guisado de pieles y romesco avellana (roasted monkfish with prawns from Palamós and hazelnut romesco sauce.) The restaurant has a capacity for 50 diners in an elegant contemporary space using stone, white and a touch of red. In 2012 Cruz opened a new restaurant called Ten’s Tapas in Park Hotel.
