French delicatessen Maison Puyvalin originates from three families from the Midi Toulousain and Pyrenees who share a strong love for the city of Barcelona and a passion for French cuisine.
Torre de Collserola was designed by the architect Sir Norman Foster and by the Spanish civil engineers Julio Martínez Calzón and Manuel Julià Vilardell. The tower was built in 1991 and is located on Tibidabo hill in the Serra de Collserola. It is primarily used as a TV and radio transmitter.
Baixador de Vallvidrera station drops you off right at an entrance to Collserola park. The path leads past Museu-Casa Verdaguer, dedicated to the Catalan writer Jacint Verdaguer.
This is a great hike of about 20km that goes through the Parc del Garraf. Along the way lies Sakya Tashi Ling, a contemporary Buddhist monastery. The only steep climb is at the beginning, leading up to la masía de Ca Lluçà.
