Cera 23 was opened in 2011 by Guillermo, Carlos and Rubén, three childhood friends from Galicia. Situated in the heart of Barcelona’s Raval neighborhood, the restaurant serves Mediterranean and Galician Cuisine with Italian influences. While at your table in the dining room you can view the four chefs at work preparing the dishes using fresh, high quality market ingredients. Popular choices include the Volcán de Arroz (Volcano of black rice with seafood, parmesan cheese and saffron sauce) and El Pulpo de Muros (Galician octopus from Muros Bay, cooked in the traditional style). Cera 23 also offers an extensive homemade cocktail menu.
