Founded in 1903, Can Solé stands among the foremost seafood and paella restaurants in Barcelona. Located in a two storey house around the corner from the bustling Passeig de Joan de Borbó, the restaurant is favorite for family meals among well-to-do locals.
Famous Can Solé visitors include artists Joan Miró and Antoni Tàpies and framed photos and sketches from the history of the restaurant adorn the walls.
Try the Arroz a banda con bogavante (fisherman’s stew with local lobster).
