Hisop
Chef Oriol Ivern opened Hisop in 2001, having worked previously at the famous Neichel restaurant. The bistro gastronómico serves contemporary Catalan cuisine working with strictly seasonal ingredients and consequently the menu changes four times per year.
El Principal Del Eixample
El Principal is situated in a grand house in the heart of Eixample, near Passeig de Gracia. The restaurant offers Catalan and Mediterranean cuisine with contemporary touches.
Santa Gula
Santa Gula’s menu is based on Catalan cuisine with a variety of international touches. Dishes change every 15 days according to seasonal ingredients available.
El Cercle
El Jardí (The Garden) overlooking Portal de l’Àngel El Cercle restaurant is situated in the fifteenth century Palau dels Comtes Pignatelli (Palace of the Pignatelli Counts) located at the end of Portal de l’Àngel in Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter.
