Rasoterra opened in 2013 and is owned by the presidents of Slow Food Barcelona. Located in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, their vegetarian and vegan menu offers dishes based on recipes from around the world.
Tapas ranges from local favorites such as Pa amb tomà quet (bread with tomato & organic arbequina olive oil) and the ubiquitous bravas potatoes to Shitake, oyster mushroom and tofu gyozas.
Ingredients are organic, seasonal and local and many come from their own garden in Sant Feliu de Llobregat.
The vegetarian bistrot also serves wine, craft beer and cocktails. Filtered water from their kitchen is free. In their own words Rasoterra offers;
vegetarian and vegan cuisine that marries the pleasures of the taste buds with the values of wellness and sustainability
