The caves of Can Riera are situated close to the town of Torrelles de Llobregat, 17km from Barcelona (roughly a half hour drive). Over time, wind and rain created the attractive shapes on the sandstone walls of these caves, which resemble Antelope Canyon in Arizona.

This is a beautiful walk of about 6km within the city that takes about 2 hours, winding through the districts of Gràcia, Carmel and Horta-Guinardó. Along the way we pass three hills: Coll (249 meters), Carmel (267 meters) and Rovira (261 meters).
This hike begins just off Plaça de Karl Marx, in the Barcelona district of Canyelles. The Canyelles (L3) metro stop is a short within a short walk. The trail into Collserola is the old path of Saint Lazarus.
The monastery of Sant Jeroni de la Murtra was built in the Gothic style at the beginning of the fifteenth century. It is situated in the Sierra de Marina park to the north of Barcelona.
