La Dama resides within Casa Sayrach, located at Avinguda Diagonal 423–425. Built in 1918 by Gabriel Borrell, this building stands as one of the last triumphs of Catalan Modernisme, with flowing lines, an elegant tower, ornate balconies, and theatrical light-filled spaces. Casa Sayrach is recognized as a Cultural Asset of National Interest by the Catalan government.
Upon entering, guests are greeted by a majestic modernist stairway and vestibule that lead to what feels like a hidden world, a “Secret Apartment” where La Dama unfolds across interconnected, richly appointed salons.

Cuisine & Culinary Experience
La Dama offers Mediterranean cuisine infused with techniques and flavors from southern France, Italy, and Spain, with a kitchen of internationally trained chefs who craft seasonal dishes with creative finesse. Signature plates praised by critics include the Calamar Carbonara à la Sayrach, where squid is sliced like tagliatelle in a daring twist on carbonara, and the Duck Wellington, with magret of duck wrapped with black truffle and wild mushrooms, ideal for sharing. Other inspired creations include tortelli filled with ricotta and zucchini as well as tarragon oysters dressed in shallot and white wine vinegar.
Cocktail Bar & Pâtisserie: Art Meets Flavor
Part of La Dama’s allure is its intimate cocktail bar; a hidden gem within the restaurant, accessible through discreet entrances. The bar is led by Andrea Cevittini, an internationally acclaimed bartender formerly of Paradiso, bringing imaginative signature cocktails like the fruity La Dama Spritz or the savory, smoky “Not Bloody Likely”.
On the sweeter side, La Dama’s pâtisserie treats are visual and gastronomic artworks: handmade cakes, pastries, ice creams, and sorbets thoughtfully presented, with bespoke creations available for special occasions.
A Venue for More Than Dining
The walls of La Dama are adorned with curated works by renowned artists such as Sonia Delaunay, Alexander Calder, and Jean Cocteau. Luxury brands such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, and Tiffany & Co have chosen La Dama for exclusive events, drawn by its blend of understated elegance and cultural gravitas.
