Satan’s Coffee Corner founder Marco Bartolomé hails from a family of coffee roasters in the region of La Rioja in the north of Spain. The young entrepreneur started with a takeaway window in El Raval in 2012 and the following year opened a counter inside a bike shop. In 2014 Satan’s Coffee Corner moved into its current location in the heart of the Gothic Quarter.
Opium is located near Port Olímpic, on an attractive beachfront strip. The left tower in the background of the photo is the luxurious Hotel Arts. By day Opium is a restaurant with a seaside terrace and at night it transforms into a trendy club featuring world famous DJs.
