transforma bcn is a coworking space that fosters social and cultural transformation through creativity, art and collaboration.
A multidisciplinary, local and international community of freelance professionals and startups, transforma bcn is focused on creative and cultural industries. Along with coworking, the space also hosts workshops, courses and events.
Located a 10 minute walk from Plaça de Catalunya it is situated on two floors of 500 m2 each, one at street level and one a basement. The ground floor is used for coworking and is connected with the restaurant/bar, a space of 90 m2 with a terrace on the street and open to the public. The basement is used for different activities such as training, workshops and events.
The founding team is made up of Vanessa, Héctor, Romina, Roger, Uri, David, Oriol, Dani and Stuart. These members have a variety of professional backgrounds including cultural management, photography, business management, art, multimedia development and gastronomy.
