Paz 19 by Sensi Tapas Bar

By Dan Blystone

Opened in July of 2019, Paz19 by Sensi is a new tapas bar set on the charming Pasage de la Paz, in the heart of the Gothic Quarter.

The restaurant specializes in tapas and dishes for sharing. Their cuisine is entirely inspired by the Mediterranean: ranging from Spain to Italy, France, Greece, Lebanon and Morocco. Delightful options are available for vegetarians, such as the Falafel croquettes.

Paz19 by Sensi also stays open as a bar after the kitchen closes and features amazing cocktails – don’t miss their classic old fashion smoked with rosemary. The atmosphere is warm and lively, a perfect destination for a date or night out on the town with friends.

Paz19 is part of Sensi Group, which has several restaurants within a small radius of the neighborhood.
