Albert Adrià’s Bodega 1900 recalls the cherished local tradition of Sunday vermouth.
Opened in 2013, Bodega 1900 is directed by Ferran Soler in the kitchen and by Leo Vinitzki in the dining room.
Situated across the street from Tickets Bar, Bodega 1900 is one of six projects that Albert Adrià has in Barcelona’s Poble Sec and Sant Antoni neighborhoods.
The space recreates a tavern of the last century, with marble tables, vintage paraphernalia and uniformed waiters.
Chef Soler draws from classic recipes of the early 20th century and adds a contemporary perspective. Ingredients are of the highest quality and have earned Bodega 1900 the reputation as one of the finest restaurants in Barcelona.
