Yogaroom offers a quiet and intimate space with 2 shalas, where you can learn and practice a fluid and strengthening style of hatha vinyasa yoga. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, there are classes for everyone.
We utilize techniques to activate our innate biomechanical intelligence and integrate chains of muscle and fascia throughout the body, helping us protect the joints and develop a safe and effective posture and movement practice.
Through our understanding of the needs of the modern “Western” body and mind, these practices provide physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing.
We offer regular vinyasa flow classes, Ashtanga Mysore, pre- and post-natal yoga, and monthly beginner’s courses. There is also an annual teacher training, and regular retreats and workshops to help you take further steps toward a deeper understanding and experience of yoga.
