UMA (meaning fork in Swahili) is a multidisciplinary space available for food lovers, situated in the Sants neighborhood of Barcelona. The space is both the cooking workshop of the famous Basque chef Iker Erauzkin and a place to enjoy fine dining, meetings, tastings and delicious dinners.
Iker Erauzkin is a gastronomic consultant for brands and producers. He is also a food writer, cooking teacher and collaborator with magazines, publishers, radio and television. His partner Anna Yébenes is a journalist and presenter of the program Yantar.
