The kitchen is led by chef Daniel Roca along with Marco Arriaga and Jordi Gasó. Upon entering Obrac you can see the open kitchen behind the bar. The dining area is bright, minimalistic and comfortable.
To start, try the roasted meat, foie and truffle croquettes and the excellent crispy octopus (chicharrón de pulpo). Main courses such as the Braised Nebraska Black Angus Picanha and Braised Iberic Pork Ribs are sure to please meat lovers. For desert temptations include chocolate with olive oil and salt and minted watermelon with mascarpone.
