Nomm is the creation of chef Nuno Costa and restaurateur Peter Vivant. Nuno Costa came with 10 years of experience as a chef and had worked for the Michelin starred restaurant Marques De Riscal with Ramon Piñero. Australian Peter Vivant was previously one of the top hosts with the private dining experience website Eatwith.com.
The international cuisine of Nomm covers China, South East Asia, Europe and South America. Nomm also specializes in cocktails, ranging from classic to Asian inspired concoctions.
