Opened in June 2016 by chef Adrián Marín, Mextizo introduces the concept of Mexditerranean cuisine. The Eixample based restaurant combines the traditional barbecue of Getaria, good paella-style rices from Marín’s hometown Castellón and fresh Mexican starters.
